The mother and daughter tandem behind this chocolate brand started as organic farmers. Through their love of nature, they discovered more about the amazing Cacao tree!


The Process

Our beans are fermented, roasted and ground with utmost care. As small batch chocolate makers, it is our duty to bring out the best flavors from what out farmers worked so hard to grow. Because of this, we take time to study and develop what type of roast we will do for each type of bean that we get.


The Chocolate

All our chocolate products are made to maximize flavor and to bring out the real flavor of fine made cacao. We also sweeten our chocolate products with Coconut Sap Sugar. Its nutty flavor adds depth and dimension to the chocolate flavor (and it’s lower on the glycemic index too!)
